This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide insights that drive performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting & forecasting processes Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable insights Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to track KPIs and performance Develop and deliver management reporting packages and dashboards Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement Assist with long-range planning and scenario analysis Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 25+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance Strong experience with Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred Strong communication skills with ability to partner cross-functionally Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, or operations-driven environments is a plus Interested in hearing more?
