CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to manage customer orders, provide outstanding service, support sales activities, and resolve customer issues. Strong outbound calling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from purchase order through delivery.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, returns, and order issues.
• Make 20+ outbound calls daily to follow up on quotes and generate business.
• Monitor backorders and delayed shipments and communicate updates to customers.
• Support the Sales Team with lead generation and customer follow-up.
• Ensure orders and quotes are entered accurately and timely.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous outbound calling and customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .
• Strong computer skills; CRM experience preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and working at a computer.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
