DescriptionEverlasting Valve Company is seeking a motivated, hands-on Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing, fabrication, and product development in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.We are looking for a candidate with experience in mechanical design, valve engineering, welding and fabrication processes, SolidWorks, material selection, and workshop/manufacturing support - preferably within the valve, pressure equipment, or industrial manufacturing industry.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company where engineers are directly involved in real-world product development, R&D activities, manufacturing operations, and continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities Support valve product design, development, and improvement projects Participate in R&D activities, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks Work closely with welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly teams Assist with material selection based on service conditions and application requirements Support manufacturing troubleshooting and day-to-day engineering problem-solving Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, technical reports, and specifications Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and sales teams Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience preferred Experience with SolidWorks CAD software Familiarity with welding, fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes Valve industry or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred Knowledge of materials, pressure-containing components, and manufacturing methods Hands-on mindset with willingness to work closely with shop operations Knowledge of ASME/API standards is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Education LevelBachelor's Degree or equivalentExperience Level3-5 years Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical / Dental / Vision / Prescription Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Stable long-term employment opportunity Collaborative and team-oriented culture Direct exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and R&D projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Armstrong International
