Maintenance Technician / Relief Propane Driver

Location: Morgantown, IN

Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Fleet Maintenance Technician to support our equipment, vehicles, and facility operations. This role handles general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance, while also stepping in as a backup propane delivery driver during peak seasons or when coverage is needed. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs on company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, and preventative inspections
• Complete detailed service logs and maintain accurate repair records
• Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and in safe working condition
• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
• Provide seasonal support as a relief propane delivery driver when needed
• Assist the Location Manager with additional operational tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
• Experience performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Able to follow established processes and safety protocols
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities

Education & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDL License (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, bend, kneel, and reach overhead regularly
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a shop environment and outdoors when required
