Hours: 1st shift 6am-230pm Days: Monday-Friday Job Requirements: Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities to meet delivery, quality, and throughput requirements. Create, release, and track work orders while coordinating labor, equipment, and materials across finishing processes. Monitor production status, adjusting schedules as needed to address changes in demand, equipment availability, or capacity. Communicate priorities and schedule updates to production, quality, and logistics teams. Track key production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, flow, and on‑time delivery. Maintain planning data, reports, and documentation within ERP or production tracking systems. Qualifications Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing or metal finishing environment. Strong understanding of shop‑floor operations, work orders, and production flow. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
