Minuteman Press Norfolk is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. We are a full-service printing, marketing, signage, apparel, and promotional products company that helps local businesses succeed.

Responsibilities 

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
  Prepare estimates, process orders, and keep customers informed throughout their projects.
  Answer questions about printing, signs, apparel, promotional products, and marketing services.
  Follow up on customer quotes and ongoing jobs.
  Review artwork and coordinate projects with the production team.
  Assist with packaging, quality control, and order pickup when needed.
  Keep the showroom organized and welcoming.
  Jump in wherever needed—because at Minuteman Press, teamwork comes first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
