Contract | Days | Monday – Friday | 17-Week Assignment | 36-Hour Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday–Friday schedule
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel therapy experience
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established care team
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
