Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition & evaluations. What You Will Need to Be Part of Our EPIC Team REQUIRED: Current license to practice as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Michigan; Current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher. High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and solve complex problems related to patient well‑being.
