Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Aliquippa, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians and healthcare providers

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and record medical information accurately

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Implement infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to work varied shifts, Days and Weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
