SCHOOL SUCCESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time School Success Operations Manager for a 1-year contract opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role supports a multi-campus Student Success environment and is ideal for an organized, service-focused professional who enjoys leading front desk operations, supporting student-facing services, supervising student employees, and improving administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient, and student-centered service experience across multiple campus locations.
- Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and support approximately 14 Student Success Guides while maintaining coverage and service standards.
- Manage operational technology systems, including CRM, appointment scheduling, phone queues, voicemail processes, and related front desk tools.
- Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational and student engagement data to support process improvement and informed decision-making.
- Respond professionally to escalated student, family, and community concerns, including situations requiring referrals or additional support.
- Collaborate with advising, technology, student services, and campus leadership teams to improve workflows, systems, and the overall student experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.20 per hour.
- Salary range: $25.00 to $25.30 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time, 1-year contract.
- Location: Greeley, CO.
- Work environment: Multi-campus student services setting.
- Schedule: Full-time, with schedule varying based on operational and campus needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead student success operations, front desk workflows, and day-to-day service delivery.
- Supervise and develop student employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance support.
- Administer and troubleshoot CRM, appointment scheduling, phone, queue management, and related operational systems.
- Generate reports, maintain operational data, and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in administrative operations, office management, student services, higher education, or a related service-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supervising, coaching, training, or coordinating the work of employees, student workers, or front desk teams.
- Comfort learning, using, and managing technology systems, databases, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, families, staff, and campus partners.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive situations, and respond appropriately to escalated concerns.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, problem-solving ability, and commitment to accurate operational information.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and student-centered service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in higher education, student success, academic advising support, enrollment services, or campus-based student services.
- Experience supervising student employees or front desk teams across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, appointment scheduling systems, queue management tools, degree-planning systems, or institutional reporting systems.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, training guides, or service delivery workflows.
