HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experiencedHVAC service technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines. Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems. Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards. Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients. What will you bring 3+ years as an HVAC service technician Residential HVAC experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$100k to $200kannually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
