Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: internal rate, final pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients in Colorado Springs and rural outreach clinics
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurses, and social workers
• Conduct outreach services approximately six days per month in Lamar and Trinidad
• Support a comprehensive cancer care program across multiple locations
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
• Support a collaborative, physician-led environment emphasizing innovation and high-quality outcomes
• Engage in limited call responsibilities as part of the group's schedule

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license to practice in Colorado
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 days/month to rural clinics
• Commitment to delivering equitable cancer care to underserved populations

Preferred:

• Passion for rural health and outreach medicine
• Experience in multidisciplinary cancer care teams
