Apex Dental Collective is a dentist-focused dental group operating across South Jersey. We're not a faceless corporate DSO. Our leadership team runs practices themselves, and we're building something different: strong clinical autonomy, modern systems, and real paths to leadership for dentists who want more than a daily schedule.
We're looking for motivated General Dentists who want to grow their skills, their income, and their role with us. Our dentists will help shape Apex's culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry: restorative, crown & bridge, endo, extractions, and [implants/Invisalign as applicable]
- Diagnose thoroughly and present treatment plans with confidence and care
- Lead a strong chairside team and help develop them
- Help create the patient experience at your office
Who Thrives Here
- DMD or DDS with an active New Jersey dental license, plus NJ CDS and DEA registration
- New grads with strong clinical skills welcome / 1+ years experience preferred
- Self-driven and competitive, with a desire to grow clinically and professionally
- Excellent communicator with strong treatment-planning skills
- Interested in leadership, mentoring, or long-term growth with a growing group
