Sr. Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join a manufacturing organization on a Contract basis in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This position will lead end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of specialized and management-level openings, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to shape effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, confidence recruiting technical and business talent, and the ability to stay organized while managing a fast-moving workload.Responsibilities:• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized and management-level positions across areas such as sales, marketing, engineering, software/IT, quality, operations, project management, finance, and product management.• Manage a high-volume requisition load, typically handling around 15 openings at a time while maintaining a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role expectations, align on compensation targets, and build tailored recruiting plans for each search.• Develop proactive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing initiatives, especially for hard-to-find and technical talent segments.• Use tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, and Phenom to track candidates, identify talent, and support efficient hiring workflows.• Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring leaders by asking thoughtful questions, clarifying business needs, and recommending effective talent strategies.• Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process by providing regular updates, driving follow-through, and keeping searches on track.• Coordinate effectively with recruiting support resources to ensure process accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and attention to detail across each stage of hiring.
