Mechanical Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical product development, strong CAD design skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality automation solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop new and existing semiconductor equipment products. Create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams. Build, test, and validate prototypes. Conduct design reviews and maintain documentation. Support manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Ensure product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in automation product development and equipment automation. Strong experience in full product lifecycle development, from concept through production release. Proficiency in Creo/ProE 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design. Knowledge of automation components including motors, bearings, sensors, and actuators. Understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and design best practices. Hands-on experience with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Strong project planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with PLM systems (Agile/AgileEC preferred). FEA, SEMI standards, Vision Systems, and AutoCAD experience are a put.
