A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations across US and Canadian segments, reporting directly to the CFO. Own month-end close, financial statement preparation, and consolidation Lead the external audit process and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance Direct AP, AR, and credit functions across the enterprise Partner with FP&A to deliver business intelligence Manage transformation projects, systems implementations, and ERP integrations Build and develop a high-performing accounting team What they're looking for: B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; public accounting + industry blend preferred Manufacturing industry experience Proven people leadership experience Currently remote, but will be hybrid north of uptown Charlotte. #J-18808-Ljbffr
