Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Create and maintain analytical models to evaluate business scenarios, forecast outcomes, and support operational and strategic decision‑making. Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for management, including performance metrics, trend analysis, and key business insights. Assess operational and financial performance through variance reviews, highlighting significant trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Design and enhance reporting solutions and visualization tools using spreadsheet‑based and business intelligence applications. Work closely with stakeholders across finance and operational functions to improve planning processes, reporting consistency, and decision support capabilities. Analyze data from multiple business systems and sources to identify meaningful patterns, develop recommendations, and support organizational objectives. Drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining reporting workflows, increasing automation, and improving data quality and efficiency. Monitor and evaluate key operational metrics, providing commentary and actionable recommendations to enhance performance. Develop forecasting models that support both near‑term and long‑range planning activities across multiple business units and geographic regions. Support efforts to maximize operational efficiency by assessing current asset utilization, cash cycle performance, and other working capital drivers. Partner with cross‑functional teams to establish, refine, and standardize business performance measurements and reporting methodologies. Prepare presentations and summary analyses for leadership audiences, translating complex information into clear business recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data / Business Analytics required Preference towards a graduate degree or MBA, but not required 4+ years of experience within FP&A, treasury, or cash forecasting Experience within a shared services model strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr AP Rochester
