**What You’ll Do:**

* Design and develop compelling data visualizations and features using both internal and external business intelligence tools, guiding stakeholders through complex data stories.
* Provide essential ongoing support for data users by maintaining and optimizing reports, queries, and dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and accuracy.
* Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis and profiling, leveraging custom data infrastructure and existing models to uncover critical insights.
* Collaborate closely with internal partners to deeply understand their needs, clarify requirements, and translate business challenges into technical data solutions.
* Drive data-driven decision-making by expertly collecting, transforming, and publishing high-quality data.
* Deploy, leverage, and continuously refine pre-existing machine learning models, and actively learn and implement new storage and machine learning serving systems.
* Build and scale common frameworks and infrastructure to implement robust business solutions, following best practices for data discoverability, lifecycle management, and master data governance.
* Engineer, operationalize, secure, and monitor advanced data processing systems, with a strong focus on security, compliance, scalability, efficiency, reliability, fidelity, flexibility, and portability.
* Develop and maintain sophisticated data models, pipelines, and exchange formats crucial for data visualization, analysis, interpretation, and machine learning training.
* Consult with various stakeholders to identify data sources, define required data elements, and establish rigorous data validation standards.
* Partner with engineering teams to understand and influence logging and transactional storage strategies.
* Collaborate with data scientists on machine learning training and feature engineering for advanced models.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated proficiency in code comprehension and strong programming skills.
* Excellent information gathering and analytical abilities.
* Solid understanding and practical experience in project management principles.
* Expertise in data exploration techniques and tools.
* Experience with big data infrastructure.
* Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
* Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
* Proficiency in data pipeline (ETL) design and data modeling.
* Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
