Together we win!THE OPPORTUNITY The Treasury Management ACH Origination Specialist is responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering comprehensive technical and operational support to both internal and external clients. This role ensures clients using the banks ACH services are accurately configured to originate. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEClient Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding ACH origination services. Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank standards.Support & Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to ACH Origination activities which include but not limited to transactions, file formats, and error resolution. Provide daily phone support for inbound ACH Origination service inquiries from both internal partners and external clients, delivering timely issue resolution, technical assistance, and service support. Process maintenance requests such as limit adjustments and account updates. Assist clients with troubleshooting file rejections and platform navigationOperational Excellence: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily operations. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver reliable and exceptional client experience Follow all established policies and procedures.
