Job Description Job Description Experienced Dental Assistant Lifetime Dental Care Location: Richland, WA Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Experienced Dental Assistant – Crown & Bridge, Implants, Prosthodontics Lifetime Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our established, multi-doctor dental practice in Richland, Washington. We are looking for an energetic, dependable professional with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental assistant with strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry, crown and bridge procedures, dental implants, and prosthetic dentistry. Schedule Full-Time Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns Assist with crown and bridge procedures Assist with dental implant surgeries and restorations Support prosthodontic and restorative treatment procedures Take and process dental radiographs as permitted by state regulations Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative care Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Contribute to a positive, patient-focused office culture Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of Dental Assistant experience Experience with: Crown and bridge procedures Temporary crown fabrication Dental implants Prosthodontics / prosthetic dentistry Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-provider practice Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multi-doctor dental office Familiarity with dental practice management software Current certifications required by Washington State Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Dental Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Why Join Lifetime Dental Care?
