Summary The Client Advisor/Keyholder is the primary point of contact for clients at the South Coast Plaza boutique, delivering personalized luxury service and driving sales through expert product knowledge and styling. The role focuses on building and maintaining a client book, encouraging repeat business through follow-ups and events, and supporting store presentation, merchandising, and back-office operations. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach. Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. Develop and maintain a client book and engage clients via follow-ups and invitations. Process transactions and operate the POS; manage inventory and stock replenishment. Support visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines. Requirements Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage an international clientele. Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.
