Director, Pricing & Revenue Strategy

LCS is seeking a Director, Finance and Pricing in Des Moines to lead pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and financial analytics for multiple divisions. You will develop sophisticated models, forecast demand, and underwrite resident economics in a centralized team.
