Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule: Full-time schedule. Flexible schedule availability is required. Must be able to work in relatively warm manufacturing areas.
Pay $22.00 - $26.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Job Duties In this Maintenance Mechanic role, you will:
● Evaluate machine performance and perform or recommend repairs as needed.
● Perform preventive maintenance and complete repairs on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
● Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic issues with production equipment with some supervision.
● Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges to repair and evaluate equipment components.
● Weld as needed while following safe welding practices, PPE requirements, safety policies, quality policies, and environmental policies.
Who Should Apply:
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Mechanic experience required.
● Experience completing preventive maintenance forms for production equipment.
● Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment issues with some supervision.
● Ability to use hand tools and power tools, with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

● Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris or safety hazards.
● Follow all PPE, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
● Maintain a positive attitude, show respect for others, meet commitments, maintain transparency, and treat everyone equally.
● May be trained and assigned to operate a forklift, perform temperature controller calibration, complete machine qualification checks, or perform gooseneck replacement
