Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients.
• Manage and monitor laboring patients using telemetry systems such as Monica Novii.
• Administer medications and treatments, including oxytocin and intrapartum care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and utilize advanced equipment like Alaris pumps.
• Maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary team members and patient families.
• Engage in educational development and contribute to team nursing approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications.
• Experience in circulating for C-sections preferred.
• High-risk labor, delivery room experience desirable.
• Exhibit compassionate, patient-focused care and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Meditech / CPN EMR systems.
