Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual R&D Lab Technician to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has a strong interest in innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and testing new products while ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to support the development of new products and formulations.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare samples, record data, and document findings with precision.
- Translate technical documents, procedures, and test results between English and Spanish as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe laboratory environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a lab setting (R&D experience preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutica regulations, FDA, GMP, or ISO standards is a plus.
