Job Title: Site Intelligence Liaison

Reports To: Sr. VP of Quality Control

Department: Quality Control

FLSA Status: Exempt

Business Unit: IRO

Summary: The Site Intelligence Liaison (SIL) works under the supervision of the Sr. VP of Quality Control and serves as the primary point of contact for sites within the Summit network. The SIL builds and fosters positive site relationships, facilitates activities, ensures sites are supported, and positively impacts Summit trial conduct.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update database with journal entries related to discussions and site activities. 

• Update site profiles in the database. 

• Correspond with sites for status updates and information requests. 

• Compile reports for management review. 

• Perform virtual site visits. 

• Welcome newly approved sites and maintain collaborative relationships. 

• Maintain routine communication cadence with assigned sites. 

• Ensure feasibility and company databases are accurate and current. 

• Identify potential risks to trial activities and collaborate on mitigation strategies. 

• Support sites with locating appropriate vendors. 

• Collaborate with departments to resolve escalations. 

• Communicate status updates to internal staff. 

• Serve as single point of contact for assigned sites. 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years administrative and/or clinical research experience. 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Excellent reporting, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. 

• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:Ability to synthesize data with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsers, and cloud-based enterprise solutions. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and present business information effectively.
