Facilities Manager

About the Role: Join CBRE as a Facilities Manager supporting one of the nation's largest energy providers. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary Facilities Management partner for a portfolio of 12 administrative service centers throughout the Plantation, Florida area. This position is based onsite in Plantation, which serves as your home base, with regular travel to local sites located within approximately 10 to 30 minutes. You will lead day-to-day facilities operations, oversee vendor partners, and ensure an exceptional workplace experience for employees and stakeholders across the portfolio. What You'll Do: Lead facilities operations for a portfolio of 12 office-based service center locations throughout the Plantation, FL area. Provide coaching, performance management, and day-to-day leadership to Mobile Engineers. Manage facility services including janitorial, landscaping, pest control, plumbing, and general maintenance programs through vendor and contractor partnerships. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related needs and resolutions. Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and work orders while ensuring service excellence across all locations. Conduct facility inspections, maintain quality standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-effective solutions. Support budgeting activities, vendor proposals, and project approvals while maintaining financial accountability. Oversee contractor performance, invoicing, safety practices, and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
