We're hiring team members at Subway. Most job ads hide the pay until you're halfway through an application. We're not going to do that. What you earn is $9.00 per hour to start with tips on top of that typically adds $1 to $3 per hour. Time and a half for overtime when it's available. What you get on top of the hourly rate includes a free meal every single shift you work that's real money you're not spending on lunch, 401(k) with company match most jobs at this level don't offer this at all, and paid training from day one. You get paid while you learn. Your schedule is flexible. We build around school, second jobs, and family. Tell us what you can work and we'll do our best to make it fit. Full time and part time both available. What you'd be doing includes making sandwiches, greeting customers, working the register, keeping the store clean. That's the job. It moves fast at lunch. You'll be on your feet. No experience needed. We train you on everything. We're family-owned with 33 Subway locations across Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress. We promote from within team members here have moved up to store manager and district supervisor. Our store managers start at $740 a week.
