Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support a Salesforce delivery team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role combines Agile project leadership and business analysis , ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered through Salesforce development initiatives.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support a Salesforce delivery team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role combines Agile project leadership and business analysis , ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered through Salesforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support efficient team delivery
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks in Jira to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Maintain detailed project documentation, requirements, and knowledge base articles in Confluence
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security configuration, data management, and platform configuration support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines
- Identify and remove project impediments, helping teams maintain productivity and continuous improvement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test planning, documentation, and issue tracking
- Assist with release planning and deployment coordination
- Track project progress, generate Agile metrics and status reports, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or hybrid role supporting Salesforce platforms
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management and issue tracking
- Strong experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and configuration best practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
