Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support a Salesforce delivery team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role combines Agile project leadership and business analysis , ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered through Salesforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support efficient team delivery
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks in Jira to ensure alignment with business priorities
Maintain detailed project documentation, requirements, and knowledge base articles in Confluence
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security configuration, data management, and platform configuration support
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines
Identify and remove project impediments, helping teams maintain productivity and continuous improvement
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test planning, documentation, and issue tracking
Assist with release planning and deployment coordination
Track project progress, generate Agile metrics and status reports, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or hybrid role supporting Salesforce platforms
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management and issue tracking
Strong experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and configuration best practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
