We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for our Automation department ! Job Summary: Automation Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for the fulfillment of prescriptions for our patients on a daily basis utilizing Parata ATP2 equipment. What You Will Do: Fill daily/monthly prescriptions Able to work in a fast-paced environment Assist with preparing daily and monthly medication shipments Able to lift 50+ lb. totes of medications Communicate directly with the pharmacist Clean and maintain the Parata ATP2 equipment when necessary to ensure optimal performance Ensure that the Parata ATP2 machine has the correct and necessary supply of medication within the dispensing unit to prepare the medications for each facility Proper handling of all equipment Comply with all Michigan State rules and regulations What You Will Bring: We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a patient-first mindset. Our ideal candidate has: Pharmacy Technician experience (1 year preferred) Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred) High School diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience with Parata and/or SynMed technology (Preferred) Moderate computer knowledge (Required) Shift availability: Must be available for a combination of morning (8:00am–4:30pm) and evening (2:00pm–10:30pm) shifts with rotating weekends required.
