Restaurant Manager – Hardee’s We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our Hardee’s locations. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability. Interview and hire qualified staff; schedule staff; manage labor costs. Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager. Maintain cooperative, harmonious relationships with management and crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted. Assist with crew member duties as needed. Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc. Maintain sufficient supplies; control inventory; meet Food Cost Variance standard. Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, preventive maintenance procedures. Responsible for all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times. Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Perform other tasks as directed by management and represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally. Make reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Meet physical demands required of the role. Lead, recognize, and train successful talent. At least 2 years of management experience. Ability to work all shifts and weekends. Pass background check and drug screen. Valid Driver’s License. Strong conflict‑resolution skills. Consistent and reliable; cheerful and positive attitude.
