Customer Service Rep I

AbbVie seeks a Customer Experience Representative to support the Allergan Aesthetics business by handling inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers and internal staff. The role involves processing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining service quality in a contact center environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 50-100 daily inbound and outbound call interactions
- Process customer orders and transaction requests accurately and timely
- Resolve order-related inquiries and issues preventing shipment
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to meet service levels
- Deliver professional customer service while building strong client relationships
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in contact center
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Associate degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- SAP, CRM, Salesforce, or business systems experience preferred
- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
