Job Summary
Participate in a nursing training and career development program that provides hands-on healthcare experience while pursuing nursing education. Support resident care services in a senior care environment, gain practical clinical experience, and develop the skills necessary for a future nursing career. Work alongside healthcare professionals while completing nursing coursework and training requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Participate in nursing education and training activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in resident care and healthcare services.
- Support healthcare teams in delivering quality patient care.
- Learn nursing procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Develop clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
- Complete required coursework and training milestones.
- Maintain professional standards and follow healthcare regulations.
- Assist with resident support and care-related activities as assigned.
- Build knowledge and experience for future nursing roles.
- Interest in pursuing a nursing career.
- Enrollment or planned enrollment in an approved nursing education program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn clinical procedures and healthcare practices.
- Dependable and professional work ethic.
- Interest in working with older adults and healthcare populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
