PRN Physical Therapist

We're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across the Lehigh Valley. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Perform comprehensive in-home PT evaluations, reassessments, and discharge — start to finish, your patients, your plan

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders

Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety

Supervise PTAs on the cases you share

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania

1–2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexible PRN schedule — no minimum hours, no weekends, no on-call

Based out of our Allentown office, we cover the greater Lehigh Valley — Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Carbon County, Upper Bucks, and surrounding communities. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
