At our bars we deliver unforgettable moments in the heart of San Diego's iconic Gaslamp Quarter. As a Server at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, you'll create a VIP experience for every guest with exceptional service, confidence, and charm.

Your mission as a server will be to own your section like a pro, delivering signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

What you'll do:

• Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism
• Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to keep service flowing

You're a great fit if you

• Have 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue
• Can work a packed venue and still make every guest feel seen
• Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
• Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
• Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
