Part Time Infant Caregiver – South Sudbury, MA United States Part Time Infant Caregiver – South Sudbury, MA Seeking a reliable, attentive, and caring part-time caregiver for an active and curious 6-month-old infant girl in South Sudbury, MA. The family is looking for a consistent, long-term caregiver to grow with their family through at least August 2027. The home includes one cat (no pet care required). This family has a vaccination policy in place, which will be discussed directly with the candidate. Schedule: Days: 1–2 weekdays per week (flexible on specific days) Hours: 4–7 hours per shift (approximately 4–14 hours per week) Family Specifications: Smoke-free home Has one cat in the home Parents may occasionally work from home, but caregiver will independently manage infant care Strictly no screen time allowed for the baby (TV, phones, tablets, or electronic media) Personal phone use permitted during nap times or brief necessary moments, provided screens are kept out of the baby's view Caregiver may take the baby into the yard or on local stroller walks, but driving/transporting the baby is strictly prohibited Responsibilities: Provide full independent care for a 6-month-old infant Bottle feeding and age-appropriate mealtime support Diaper changing and basic hygiene Hold the baby for contact naps and provide patient infant sleep support Engage in age-appropriate developmental play, including tummy time, reading, singing, and floor play Take the baby outside for yard play and neighborhood stroller walks Light cleaning up after the baby (bottles, toys, and baby items) Requirements: Proven infant care experience Comfortable working in a home with a cat Reliable transportation to and from the home (having your own car is strongly preferred) Preferred: Infant CPR and First Aid certifications Compensation: $25–$30 per hour Position includes three paid trial shifts at an agreed hourly rate within this range All candidates will be subject to a background check.
