Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Raleigh, and surrounding communities
Schedule: Flexible - Part-Time / PRN
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Supervise and support caregivers
• Monitor clients' health status and changing needs
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
• Help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home

Qualifications

* Active North Carolina RN license
* Home care or home health experience preferred
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and professional
* Ability to work independently
