Data Entry Clerk

We have a client seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join their family-owned dispatch company in the Zachary/Baker area. Our client is offering 100%-paid health benefits for an individual that can prove their dedication and hard work ethic and provide a long-term fit in the role. This full-time position will start in the pay range of $13-$14 per hour and requires detail-oriented individual willing to put in the work.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with precision and efficiency
Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting discrepancies
Maintain organized records of all entered data for easy retrieval and audit purposes

Requirements:

Strong typing and ten-key proficiency
Prior data entry experience is greatly appreciated
Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high accuracy standards
