Ticket Coordinator Full Time Technical Norcross, GA, US Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually JobDescription TheITFieldTicketCoordinator’sresponsibilitiesaretoreceive,validate,schedulewithcustomer,plan,andassignticketstodesignatedfieldtechniciansforpartspick-upsandhardwareITrepairservices.TheITfieldticketcoordinatorwillcommunicatedirectlywiththedesignatedfieldtechniciansresponsibleforservicesaswellaswiththeend-customersrequestingservice.TheITFieldTicketCoordinatorwillberequiredtoadheretocontractualServiceLevelAgreements(“SLAs”). KeyResponsibilities Receive, validate, update, and end-user requests for hardware repair services via ticketing system and in compliance with contractual SLAs. Schedulerepairserviceswithend-usersviaphoneand/ore-mail. Planandassigndesignatedfieldtechnicianstoend-userserviceticketsasefficientlyaspossible. Providecustomerservicesupportviaphoneand/ore-mail. Communicate with other coordinators and teammates effectively. Deliveryoutstandingend-userexperiencethroughticketassignmentsandstrongcustomerservice. Documentandmanageend-userrequestsconsistentlyintheITticketingsystem. ProvidereportingfromITticketingsystemasrequired. Protecttheintegrityandconfidentialityofallend-userandticketdata. Attendteammeetingsasrequired. RequiredQualifications Musthaveahighschooldiplomawithcollegeortechnicaldegreepreferred. Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentandmulti-taskunderlimitedsupervisionrequired. FamiliaritywithmoderntechnologyandITtroubleshootingandbestsupportpracticesthroughpreviousjobexperienceoreducationrequired. Demonstrationofpunctualityandexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillsrequired. PreferredQualifications Priorcustomerserviceexperiencepreferred. PreviousexperiencewithServiceNoworotherITServiceManagementsystemspreferred. Previouslogisticsexperienceisnotrequiredbutpreferred.
