Ready to Run a High-Volume Yard?

Full-time, long-term opportunity with growth. You’ll set the pace for utility material movement and accuracy. Standard hours: 1st shift, 7:30am–4:00pm , with overtime when operations demand it.

Is This You?

• Do you enjoy keeping inventory precise with cycle counts and smart staging?
• Can you load/unload like a pro and keep teams and vendors on the same page?
• Are you comfortable operating heavy JLG equipment moving up to 12,000 lbs ?
• Will you step in as a spotter to maintain a safe yard?
• Are short, local hauls (no overnight travel) in a company flatbed or pickup your speed?

What You’ll Do

• Own storeroom and outdoor yard organization: cycle counting, staging, sorting, and damage reporting.
• Operate all-terrain/heavy JLG equipment to maneuver utility materials up to 12K pounds.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently.
• Transport materials locally using company flatbeds or pickups (no overnights).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to hit daily goals.
• Serve as a yard spotter for safe equipment moves.

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED and a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills for spotting and task execution.
• Warehouse and inventory control experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Background in outdoor heavy equipment operation within construction or laydown yards.
• Preferred: experience with all-terrain forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, and other JLG equipment.
• Traits: safety-focused, punctual, team-first, respectful, and highly motivated.

Physical Requirements

• Repetitively lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Stand, bend, and lift for the entire shift.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, including heat and inclement conditions.
• Confident handling of long, awkward materials with heavy equipment.
