We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Hardware Design Engineer to lead or contribute significantly to the design, analysis, and verification of complex electronic hardware for next-generation national defense systems. The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer responsible for transforming conceptual requirements into tangible, reliable, and secure hardware solutions, from initial circuit design and simulation through prototyping, testing, and production support. This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award. Essential Job Responsibilities Conducts research, design, development, and testing of electrical or mechanical hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, mechanical and electrical components. Ensures reliability, develops technical specifications for production, analyzes hardware configuration and processing solutions, and tests hardware conformance to specifications; may design new or modify existing products . Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly at the time of application Preferred Requirements Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community is a plus Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
