The Lead Line Cook plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a casual dining and catering/events kitchen environment. This position requires a skilled culinary professional who can lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain sanitation standards while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to menu specifications
• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
• Execute menu items consistently to meet quality standards
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure food safety and presentation
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Maintain kitchen equipment and tools in good working condition
• Set up workstations to optimize workflow and readiness

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in culinary arts
• Culinary arts certification
• Proficiency in culinary techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Experience operating kitchen equipment
• Strong time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
