Aftermarket Specialist Location: Carol Stream, IL 60188 Pay Rate: $26.00/hr Shift: First Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftermarket Specialist to support both new and existing customers in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, managing accounts, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide B2B customer service support to new and existing clients Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Check inventory and stock availability using internal systems Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns Support new and renewed customer contracts Work with new and refurbished parts in a manufacturing environment Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage and resolve escalations professionally Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
