NOW HIRING: Production Worker – Forklift Experience Preferred
Location: Valencia, PA
Pay: $21 / hour + Great Benefits
Commercial Employees is hiring several Production Worker positions to join a busy paint and steel processing facility in Valencia. This company works with steel coils used in construction, transportation, and metal products.
Production Worker Job Duties:
- Load and prepare materials (metal coils) for painting and processing
- Use machines to connect metal coils (stitching process)
- Check metal for dents, scratches, or other defects
- Help package finished coils for shipping (may include using shrink wrap, cardboard, etc.)
- Help stack and move products safely (some forklift driving or helping the forklift operator)
- Keep the work area safe and organized
Production Worker Schedule:
- Training: First 3 weeks – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- After training: Either Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Production Worker Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience preferred
- Able to pass background check and drug test
- Comfortable working on your feet in a factory environment
