Nooter/Eriksen is seeking a highly motivated Marketing I ntern for our 2027 Summer Internship Program , running 12 weeks from late May to early August. About Nooter/Eriksen Nooter/Eriksen is an employee-owned company with headquarters in Fenton, MO and Milan, Italy. We specialize in HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) design, fabrication, equipment, and solutions for clients in the power industry, worldwide. Top Golf event with entry-level engineers Paid holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July) ½ day Fridays, working from home HRSG 101 Training and departmental presentations providing an overview of duties and collaboration opportunities within the organization One-on-one interaction with senior level leadership Mid-point meetings with your supervisor and regular check-ins throughout the summer Lunch with Human Resources One-on-ones with hiring managers about potential employment opportunities Executive-Level final presentation to market yourself to the organization Group Lunch with entry-level engineers to get integrated with the culture Projects will vary from year-to-year but might include some or all of those listed here: Create Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track campaign, website, and lead-generation KPIs. Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and summarize customer and campaign data to identify trends and insights. Audit, clean, and segment CRM data to improve data quality and support targeted marketing efforts. Assist in building and testing email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journey automations. Prepare recurring reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead conversion metrics, including recommendations for optimization. Coordinating and planning marketing events and the golf tournament Drafting internal and external emails for Aftermarket campaigns Preparing ready-to-go swag bags for events, customer meetings, and golf outings Drafting social media posts for upcoming holidays and events Interviewing interns and current employees for internal and LinkedIn highlights Qualifications Key Qualifications We want the person selected for this role to be successful! The following qualifications are essential to be effective in this role: Completion of three (3) years Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in videography, social media posting, and creating content. Ability to listen and take direction and work both independently and with a team. Solid communication skills and proactive.
