Facilities Maintenance Technician II

General Purpose: Work with a high impact facilities team to maintain infrastructure and accomplish goals that help the core organization. Key Responsibilities/Duties: General facility maintenance tasks include but are not limited to: Responding to daily requests from customers using CMMC system Completing work tickets in CMMC system General interior maintenance including but not limited to painting, furniture assembly, furniture moves, light plumbing, drywall repair, hang white boards, hang TV's, Works with other facilities team members on larger projects Maintains facilities shop to keep a clean and safe work environment Perform and complete PM's assigned Operates scissor lift and fork lift Wear personal protective equipment when required Assist with event setup and take down Perform other maintenance duties as assigned On-call rotation for after hours emergencies High school diploma or GED At least 1-2 years of facilities maintenance experience or similar field Ability to work well in a team environment that is heavily based on collaboration and communication Medical Vision 9/8/80 work schedule (every other Friday off) 401k - company match of 5% regardless of participation and up to a total of 9.5% company match if contributing 160 Hours of PTO (prorated from date of hire) 9 Paid Holidays Paid Winter Break from the work week between December 24 thru December 31 Participation in Company's Wellness Program (discounted medical premiums) Multiple Company Sponsored Events Each Year (catered breakfast/lunch, holiday parties, snacks) Convenient location near I-15 and Trax Station Free Parking Our EEO Policy BioFire Defense is an equal opportunity employer (M/F/D/V).
