Cnc Machine Operator

Partners Personnel Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Troubleshoot minor issues and report major mechanical problems to maintenance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operating experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Ability to lift up to [XX lbs] and stand for long periods.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
