- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and report major mechanical problems to maintenance.
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operating experience (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to [XX lbs] and stand for long periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
