Our initial clinical team will be intentionally small — 1 MD, 1 RN, and 1 MA — so we're looking for a collaborative, adaptable team member who is comfortable working closely with others, wearing multiple hats, and helping shape the culture and workflow of a new office.As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to be an integral part of expanding the team and the practice. The hourly rate for this position will be $36.78-$39.42 per hour. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.What will you be doing in this role?You will practice in a personable, non-hospital environment that prioritizes exceptional, personalized care and hospitality. Success is measured by quality, safety, and member experience—not speed or volume. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care team members to deliver the right care, at the right time, from the right team, with nursing and PCA coverage available during business hours to support physicians and members. Hospitality is a core job requirement and must be practiced consistently with patients and colleagues.
