Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Location: Not specified. This role involves providing urgent care in a fast-paced emergency environment. The position requires managing trauma and stroke patients, along with other critical conditions, while adhering to hospital protocols and ensuring patient safety.

Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Room RN with experience in trauma, stroke, sepsis, CHF, and cardiac diagnoses. Responsible for managing patient care in a high-volume emergency setting with 80-90 patients daily.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Required certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). A valid license to practice as a registered nurse is required. Minimum of 2 years of ER experience is necessary.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Self-scheduling, managing multiple patient types, and working in a dynamic team environment. Familiarity with Paragon electronic medical records and acute care equipment is preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Appropriate nursing license must be submitted with application.
