Duties
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and take proper photos to send to upper management
• Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Implement effective floor care techniques to maintain various surfaces throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and supply usage.

Experience
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial management practices.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Previous experience in floor care maintenance is highly desirable.
